With over 11 years of experience in the disability sector, the Director of Elite SC brings extensive knowledge, practical experience, and a genuine passion for empowering people with disability to achieve their goals.
Holding a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate IV in Community Services, and Certificate III in Individual Support, the Director combines formal qualifications with extensive industry experience to provide high-quality, person-centred Support Coordination.
Beginning a career in the disability sector, experience has been gained working alongside NDIS participants and their families, developing a strong understanding of the importance of individualised support, inclusion, choice, and control. This foundation has shaped a commitment to ensuring each participant feels valued, respected, and supported throughout their NDIS journey.
As an NDIS Support Coordinator in the Northern Territory, experience has been gained supporting participants from diverse cultural backgrounds and working with individuals with varying needs and circumstances. Ongoing professional development, including Mental Health First Aid and cultural awareness training, has strengthened the ability to provide inclusive, respectful, and responsive support.
Elite SC was established with a commitment to delivering Support Coordination that is compassionate, reliable, and tailored to each participant's unique goals and aspirations. Every person deserves to have their voice heard and to feel empowered to make informed decisions about their own life.
With a warm, approachable, and solution-focused approach, the Director works collaboratively with participants, families, and providers to navigate the NDIS, overcome challenges, and build effective support networks. The focus remains on promoting choice, independence, confidence, and meaningful outcomes for every participant.
Support Coordination is a funded support under the NDIS that helps you to understand and implement your NDIS plan. At Elite SC we will provide you with a Support Coordinator that will get to know you and have a firm understanding of your goals and needs to provide you with the highest quality of supports. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the supports and services that are tailored to you and are required for you to remain independent in your everyday life.
Your Support Coordinator is there to support you to have choice and control over your services, providers and how you use the funding in your NDIS Plan. With a dedicated Support Coordinator by your side, you'll have the power to make informed decisions about your NDIS services, providers, and funding.
